Return/Exchange & Refund Policy:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase after the order is delivered, provided the sales invoice is presented.
- Refund of product is applicable within the 7 days after the order is delivered.
- No claims, returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on discounted items.
- Exchange requests will be considered only if the garment is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by its tags.
- Exchange requests are not applicable to accessories.
- Claims are applicable only to products purchased online. For items purchased at Shaffer Retail Outlets, please visit the outlet or email at our customer support: (customercare@shaffer.store).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
- Items that exhibit stains, body odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains are non-returnable.
- Please refrain from shipping claims without first contacting our customer care department.
